Closing Mass for the 125th Anniversary
Cardinal Dolan will be the principal celebrant at the closing Mass for the 1235th Anniversary on December 15, 2019, at 12:00pm. At this Mass, Fr. Levelt Germain will be installed at the pastor of the newly merged Saint Joseph & Saint-Boniface.  Come early to get a seat inside the Main Church. Parish Merger

Cardinal Dolan has issued a decree merging the territorial parishes of St Joseph, Spring Valley, and St. Boniface, Wesley Hills, effective June 1, 2019.  The merged parish will be the parish of St. Joseph and St. Boniface “until such time when the parish community through the pastor proposes a new name.” The church of St. Joseph is designated as the parish church, and the church of St. Boniface will maintain a regular schedule of Masses and the celebration of other sacraments.  The decree, issued May 16, said Cardinal Dolan consulted with the Presbyteral Council on Jan. 31, 2019, about the ...

Parish Hall Rental

Have you noticed the new hymnals in the pews? As part of making all things new and creating a savings for the parish, Fr. Germain in consultation with the Dir. of Music, Mr. Mark LaRosa, chose the new PERMANENT hymnals for the parish. This is a savings to the parish of an average of $5,000 a year! You will notice that all three year reading cycles are included as well as the responsorial psalm and a collection of your favorite hymns.
